1. Definitions

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the hhi77 platform in any manner — including browsing the website, creating an Account, depositing funds, placing a Bet, or participating in any promotion — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety.

These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and hhi77 with respect to your use of the platform and supersede any prior agreements, representations, or understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the same subject matter.

hhi77 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amendments will be published on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the platform following the publication of amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

3. Eligibility & Registration

3.1 Age Requirement

The hhi77 platform is strictly restricted to adults. You must be at least 21 years of age to register an Account, deposit funds, or place any Bet on hhi77. By registering, you confirm and warrant that you are 21 years of age or older. hhi77 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time. If a User is found to be under the age of 21, their Account will be immediately closed and all funds — including any winnings — will be forfeited.

3.2 One Account Per Person

Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered Account on hhi77. Creating multiple Accounts — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, device identifiers, or payment methods — constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in the permanent closure of all associated Accounts and the forfeiture of all balances therein.

3.3 Accurate Registration Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information at the time of registration and must update your Account details promptly if any information changes. hhi77 is not responsible for losses arising from your failure to maintain accurate Account information. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent registration details is a material breach of these Terms.

3.4 Geographic Restrictions

hhi77 is operated for and primarily marketed to players in Bangladesh. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the platform complies with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction. hhi77 makes no representation that the services offered on the platform are legal or available in jurisdictions other than those for which the platform is intended.

4. Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. hhi77 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your Account where such access results from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, or if you become aware that your login credentials have been compromised, you must notify hhi77 immediately by contacting [email protected]. 5. Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Supported Payment Methods

hhi77 supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods for players in Bangladesh:

All Account balances, deposits, withdrawals, and Bet amounts on hhi77 are denominated exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). No currency conversion fees are charged by hhi77 on BDT transactions. Any fees charged by your mobile wallet provider or bank are your responsibility.

5.3 Withdrawal Verification (KYC)

Prior to processing your first withdrawal request, hhi77 is required to verify your identity in accordance with our KYC procedures. You will be asked to provide a copy of a government-issued photo identification document (such as a National ID card or passport) and, where applicable, proof of your registered payment method. Failure to complete KYC verification will result in withdrawal requests being held pending until verification is successfully completed.

5.4 Withdrawal Limits

Standard withdrawal limits apply on a per-transaction and daily basis. 5.5 Inactive Accounts

An Account is considered inactive if no login, deposit, withdrawal, or Bet has been recorded for a continuous period of 12 months. hhi77 reserves the right to apply a monthly inactivity fee to inactive Account balances after this period. You will be notified by email prior to any inactivity fee being applied, and fees will not reduce your Account balance below zero.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional incentives offered by hhi77 are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each individual promotion at the time of its launch. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.

6.2 Welcome Bonus

New hhi77 players are eligible to receive a welcome bonus of up to ৳20,000 on their first qualifying deposit. To receive the welcome bonus, the deposit must meet the minimum qualifying amount specified in the current welcome bonus promotion. The welcome bonus is available to each new User once only. Wagering requirements must be fulfilled before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.

6.3 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion's terms, Bonus Funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (the Wagering Requirement) before they become eligible for withdrawal. Wagering Requirements are calculated on the total Bonus Funds credited, not on winnings derived from those funds. Bets placed on certain game categories — including but not limited to live dealer games, certain table games, and low-margin sports markets — may not contribute fully toward satisfying a Wagering Requirement. The contribution percentage for each game or market type is specified in the applicable promotion terms.

6.4 Bonus Abuse

hhi77 operates a strict policy against bonus abuse. Behaviour that hhi77 considers to constitute bonus abuse includes — but is not limited to — the use of multiple Accounts to claim the same bonus, placing hedged or low-risk bets solely to satisfy Wagering Requirements, and coordinating with other players to exploit promotional structures. If hhi77 determines that a User has engaged in bonus abuse, it reserves the right to cancel all outstanding Bonus Funds, void any winnings derived from those funds, and close the Account.

6.5 Expiry of Bonus Funds

Bonus Funds that have not been used or that have not had their associated Wagering Requirements satisfied within the validity period specified in the applicable promotion will expire and be removed from the User's Account automatically. hhi77 is not obligated to provide advance notice of bonus expiry beyond the terms stated at the time the bonus is claimed.

7. Betting & Gaming Rules

7.1 Finality of Bets

Once a Bet has been confirmed and accepted by the hhi77 platform, it is final and binding. Users may not cancel or amend a Bet after confirmation except where hhi77 expressly provides a cash-out or edit-bet facility for a specific market, and only within the time window stipulated for that facility.

7.2 Void Bets

hhi77 reserves the right to void any Bet — and return the stake to the User's Account — in circumstances including but not limited to: manifestly incorrect odds resulting from a data feed error or human error; events that are cancelled, postponed, or abandoned before the relevant result is determined; and technical malfunctions affecting the recording or settlement of a Bet. hhi77's decision to void a Bet in such circumstances is final.

7.3 Casino Game Outcomes

All casino game outcomes on hhi77 are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software provided by licensed third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. hhi77 does not intervene in or alter game outcomes. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages for each game are indicative of long-term statistical averages and are not a guarantee of individual session results.

7.4 Maximum Winnings

hhi77 applies maximum payout limits on a per-event, per-game, and per-day basis. These limits are displayed within the relevant sportsbook market or game interface. In the event that a calculated payout exceeds the applicable maximum, the payout will be capped at the stated maximum limit. The remainder of the stake will not be returned unless the Bet is otherwise void.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions and behaviours are strictly prohibited on the hhi77 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent Account closure, forfeiture of Account balance, and where appropriate, referral to relevant authorities:

1. Registering more than one Account, or registering an Account on behalf of another person without their explicit consent and knowledge.
2. Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information at the time of registration or during any KYC verification process.
3. Using automated software, bots, scripts, algorithms, or any artificial intelligence tools to place Bets, gain an unfair advantage, or manipulate game outcomes.
4. Engaging in or facilitating match-fixing, insider betting, or any form of sports integrity violation.
5. Colluding with other players in live casino games or poker-style games to gain an unfair advantage.
6. Exploiting software bugs, errors in odds, or platform vulnerabilities for financial gain. Any winnings derived from such exploitation are void and will be reclaimed.
7. Initiating fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes with your bank or mobile wallet provider in relation to legitimate hhi77 deposits.
8. Using the hhi77 platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity.
9. Accessing the hhi77 platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited, using a VPN or other IP-masking tool to circumvent geographic restrictions.
10. Harassing, threatening, or abusing hhi77 staff members or other Users through any communication channel.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the hhi77 platform — including but not limited to the hhi77 brand name and logo, website design and layout, software code, graphics, text, images, audio, video, and game content provided by third-party studios — is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions grants you any licence or right to use, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any hhi77 intellectual property without the express prior written consent of hhi77.
